That the proposed use/subdivision will be consistent with the intent and pm-pose <br />of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. TERM <br /> <br />The term of this Ordinance shall be for a period of 90 days commencing with its effective date. <br />The term may be extended after approval by the City Council for an additional period as <br />provided for in Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.355, Subd. 4. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. PENALTIES <br /> <br />Any person, finn, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation of <br />the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any <br />additional legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #04-21, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Interim Ordinance #04-21 establishes a moratorium on all subdivision and platting in the R-1 <br />Rural Developing District in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the moratorium is to provide <br />time for the City to consider additional development standards for the R-1 Rural Developing <br />District. <br /> <br />SECTION 10.
