Mayor Cox suggested a letter be written indicating how <br />pleased the City is with their patriotism. <br /> <br />Tree Sale <br /> <br />It was reported that a tree sale will be held at city hall, April 30~ between <br />7:00 A.M. and 1~00 P.M. <br /> <br />Industry Boulevard <br /> <br />A motion was adopted to authorize the mayor and clerk to sign necessary <br />agreements for the acquisition of future Industry Boulevard. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson reported on CAB and its related activities to Metropolit~n Land <br />Planning Act and Mississippi River Critical River Act. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />It was read by Attorney Goodrich. Nelson vs Cox, Mickelson, Gorham and Reimann <br />is scheduled for some time during the week of July 13th. Oliphant vs Guy -- <br />Oliphant wants to drop the law suit. <br /> <br />A combined meeting is scheduled for May 5 of P & Z and City Council. Can <br />break down into groups of two or three as a committee and come back to ~he group <br />as a whole with recommendations for final drafting for implementation of the <br />Urban District Study Report. <br /> <br />BIL~S FgR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion byReimann, Seeonded byGorham to approve the bills for April as <br />follows, General Fund Checks $4547 thru$463~ - $33,928.35 less transfers <br />to savings account $379.00 = $33,549.35, and EDA Checks ~111 through 114 - <br />$1,313.$5. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Personnel Committee Review <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Gorham to accept the Personnel Committee's <br />evaluation of the Administrative Assistant putting him on a permanent basis <br /> <br /> <br />
