Subdivide. <br /> <br />MOTION by Gotham, seconded by Reimann, to grant variance to subdivide bymetes <br />and bounds the parcel as described before us provided that Tract C and D use <br />same access and that no further access on County Road 5 be allowed without <br />permission of the City of Ramsey, and that a $200.00 park fee be paid, $100.00 <br />of which will be paid at the time the variance is granted and the other $100.00 <br />sixty (60) days after. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Ralph Dickenson, 14000 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. Variance Request to subdivide. <br /> <br />MOTION by Gotham, seconded by Muller to grant variance to subdivide a parcel <br />of land by metes and bounds for Ralph Dickenson as per P & Z recommendations and <br />that a $100.00 park fee be paid at the time the subdivision is finalized. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Virgil Johnson - Sketch Plan. P & Z recommended he rework the plat. He will <br />do this and have it ready for the next meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion of City Assessment Policy. P & Z feels they need additional time to <br />review Mr. Raatikka's report and will report back at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Bill Goodrich - Ordinance Codification. <br /> <br />MOTION by Gorham, seconded by Reimann, to authorize the City Attorney to codify <br />our ordinances with time not to exceed 100 hours at $35.00 an hour. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Robert Oliphant vs Astrid L. Guy et al Law Suit: <br /> <br />It is the consensus of the Council to let Mrs. Guy handle the matter of the <br />lawsuit at her own discression. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich suggested that the City respond to a League Action Alert <br />relative to proposed legislation which would impose a six per cent levy limit <br />and, more importantly, change the State Aid formula for municipalities with <br />less than ten mill levies. The Council directed Mr. Nereson to contact <br />Representative Clawsen and Senator Anderson. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ramsey Lionettes - Bingo Permit <br /> <br />MOTION by Gotham, seconded by Mickelson~ to grant the Ramsey Lionettes a bingo <br />permit for Ramsey Fun Days, May 22, 1977. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR tS REPORT <br /> <br />Board of Review will be held at the City Hall next Wednesday, May 18. <br /> <br /> <br />
