He felt it was wrong to have
this business in the neighborhood without anyone being told about it. This
business grew and turned the yard into a parking lot right next to the park
on this street. Mr. Kruger wants to know What he and other people in the
neighborhood can do about this.

Mr. Nereson said he had received several calls about this and checked the
ordinance. Ne found that the person with the business is eligible for a
home occupation if he complies with the regulations.

Mr. Neresonwrote a letter to Mr. Wolfe (owner of the business) two weeks ago
informing him of what he is in violation of. He also visited Mr. Wolfe and
requested of him to clean up the area in general and gave a deadline of Nay 16.
Last Friday Mr. Nereson inspected the premises and found that half the cars
were moved, but no other real effort was done. Mr. Nereson talked to him
again this morning and told him he was to get rid of the cars that do not
belong to him and Mr. Wolfe said it will be done by the end of the week.
Mr. Nereson suggested that Mr. Wolfe construct some type of redwood fence
to screen the rest of the stuff that is unsightly. Mr. Wolfe said he would
cOnsider this.
