Regular Meeting <br />June 27, 1977 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />MOTJO~J by Mickelson, seconded by Muller to change the setback on Block 3, Lot 3 <br />of White Pines Estates from one hundred feet to eighty feet. 3 Ayes <br /> Reimann Naye <br /> <br />George Nagnuson, subdivision variance. <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Muller to grant variance to George Magnuson <br />under Section 12 of the subdivision ordinance to subdivide by metes and bounds <br />as recommended by Planning and Zoning Commision and that the property be sub- <br />divided according to the legal description. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />Do~ Greenburg, 2 variance requests. <br /> <br />MOTION by Muller, seconded by Mickelson to grant variance to Gateway Nor~, to <br />add 76.78 feet to existing lot commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, said <br />Auditor's Subidivision ~305 thence Southeasterly along the Southeasterly 'extension <br />of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 for a distance of 16.40 feet, more or less, <br />to intersect the West line of the east 946 feet of said Lot l, as measured along the <br />North line of said Lot l, also being the North line of the Northeast Quarter, <br />Section ~, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota$ thence North aL[cng said <br />West line of the East 946 feet of Lot I for a distance of 250 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning of the tract to be hereby described~ thence West at right angles <br />a distance of 200 feet~ thence North at right angles a distance of 78.25 feet, more <br />or less, to intersect the South line of the North 250 feet of said Lot l, as <br />measured parallel with the East line of said. Northeast ~uarter of Section 345 <br />thence East along said South line of the North 250 feet a distance of 200 feet to <br />intersect said West line of the East 946 feet of Lot l~ thence South along said <br />West line of the East 946 feet a distance of 76.78 feet, more or less to the <br />point of beginning. Containing 0.35 acres, more or less, now owned by Nrc <br />Hanson. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />MOTIO~ by Muller, seconded by Mickelson that (1) the City of Ramsey entered into <br />agreements with the following respective land owners for the acquisition of right- <br />of-way for Industrial Boulevard ~ between Sunfish Lake Boulevard on the east and <br />County Road 56 on the west, (2) that the mayor be authorized to execute each <br />agreeEent, and (3) that an original copy of each agreement containing the specific <br />details be kept on file in the city offices. <br /> <br />1.
