-6- <br />Council-7/25/77 <br /> <br />fund dedication fee be 'pai'd and co'n'ti'ngent on the re-subdivision <br />plan approval. <br /> <br />Gilbert MenkVeld',' ske.t'c'h "pt'a'n'-'for'Iniobi'lle 'home park. <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld and his attorney, Mr. Nielson were present. <br />Mr. Nielson presented an agreement for 73 one acre lots. <br />Mr. Menkveld's original proposal had been for 292 mobile <br />homes on this 73 acre site or four mobile homes per acre. <br />This new plan would have one per acre with individual <br />septic systems and well on each lot. The plans were <br />approved by the State of Minnesota when Mr. Menkveld was <br />granted a Special Use Permit in 1972 under the 1970 Ordinance. <br />Mr. Menkveld will not sign right of way acquisition for <br />Industry Boulevard without approval for his mobile home park. <br /> <br />A meeting will be held with the staff and Mr. Menkveld for <br />further discussion of the proposal. <br /> <br />4 Ayes <br /> <br />REPORTS OF CITY DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br /> Building Department Report. <br /> <br />Clayton Berg, Building Official, read the building report. He <br />requested a meeting with the personnel committee to recommend <br />changes he would like to make. Meeting was set for Wednesday <br />July 27, 1977 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Street Department Report. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann read the Street department report. He instructed <br />the Street department that Klemish roads are City property and <br />Mr. Klemish is not to alter them into a worse condition. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson requested authorization to hire Sheila Beyer under the <br />CETA Program before receipt of the CETA contract. Council saw no <br />problem with this. <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson reported that the budget process has begun and the <br />preliminary budget is to be ready for review by August 15. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich presented an ordinance for extension of the moratorium. <br /> <br />Motion by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to adopt Ordinance 77-5 <br />entitled "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 76-2 which was an <br />Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Amending City of Ramsey Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 73-5 and repealing Ordinance No. 75-9" <br /> <br />4 Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
