A discussion was held regarding <br /> blacktopping of the streets. <br /> <br />Motion by Mickelson, seconded by Gamec to approve the preliminary <br />plat of Klemish-Flores con'tingent on execution by the developers <br />of the performance contract for blacktopping of the streets <br />adjacent to the portion of the plat on 169th Street N.W. and <br />contingent upon the Engineer's report as set out in Engineer's <br />letter dated 6/29/77, and contingent upon payment by the developer <br />of the park fund dedication fee of $100 per lot created; and further <br />that the City Attorney, City Engineer and City Adm. Asst have <br />the authority to recommend and revlew the pertinent data and to <br />execute the contract described above after proper contact has <br />been made with the affected property owners. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat of High 'P'oi'nt. <br /> <br />Mr. Keith Graham, Mr. Ziegler and Mr. Holker were present: <br />Discussion was held on bringing blacktop to the adjoining <br />gravel road, scheduling of a conditional use permit hearing <br />pursuant to the Moratorium Ordinance, and septic system <br />design that is to be noted on the final plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Reimann, seconded by Gamec to accept the preliminary <br />plat of High Point with recommendation from the City Engineer <br />and also to pave Zirconium to 154th along with Engineer's <br />aproval and recommendation for grade separation between 154th and <br />155th on Zirconium contingent that the blacktopping is done at the <br />developers expense.
