CoUnc ¢I Meeting <br /> 8/15/77 <br /> <br />After general discussion of the proposal of final tentative agreement was <br />reached which will encompass all of the above ten ~onditions with the <br />exception that Item 8 shall be changed to read, "Gravel roads will <br />be permitted in Section 21 as per sketch plan, any development in Section 28 <br />either single family dwellings or mobile homes, blacktop will be reouired <br />and a park dedication amount of $4,300 will bc required for the development <br />in Section 21. <br /> <br />This agreement will be redrafted and presented at the August 22, 1977, City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Phi[ D.
