SS 1. Industry Road Agreement ]'~r. Yereson discussed the Industry Road proposed alignment. ~'O?'t()~l by Fuller, seconded by Reimann to acquire the North 120' of the SW and SE quarters of ~the south 1/2 of the ~ quarter of Section 27'. This agreement would waive the park dedication requirements of subdivi'sionOrdinance 75-5 on all of, the 215 acres owned by the Gateway North Industrial Park people. 5 Ayes 1. Don Greenber~, Industrial Park FOTIO~'~ by Fuller, seconded by Gamec to grant variance to Don Oreenberg to sub- d~vide by metes and bounds the area described as a portion of the NE quarter of Section ~, Township ~2, Range 25 with an accurate certificate of survey to be submitted for a building permit. (Jerry Martin property). 5 Ayes 2. Park Commission Appointment ~',"or~'I(]')~I~ by Reimann, seconded by Muller to appoint Mrs. Ervine to the Park and Recreation Commission to fill out the term of Michele Olson. The mayor called for further discussion. Council's consensus was to table the appointment until the next meeting to give them au opportunity to interview the candidate. Councilman l'(uller withdrew his second and Councilman Reimann withdrew his motion. Fotion was tabled for action until the meeting of September 26, 1977 to allow the Council time to interview the proposed candidate.
