Highway #10 Turn Lanes <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson and the Council reviewed the proposed turn lanes on Highway 10 <br />from the West county line to Coquina Street. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />RE: Odegaard dog situation. There was a court order on August 5th saying <br />that the dogs were to be removed. There was a condition provided for that <br />they would have until November 5th to remove the kennel facilities on <br />Lots 5 and 6, Riverwood Hills. This has not been complied with, so now <br />it is going into injun~ion procedures. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann asked Mr. Nereson a question regarding pigs in Ramsey. <br />Mr. Nereson explained that there have been some complaints about pigs from <br />Teresa Henderson's neighbor. Mr. Nereson said that a letter has been sent <br />to Ms. Henderson's neighbor but he has had no response. <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson reviewed a letter to Dick Doughtery regarding Anoka Interceptor <br />MWCC Project #77-07. Mr. Nereson said he received a call from Mr. Doughtery <br />indicating that they will respond to Ramsey's questions. <br /> <br />RE: Wright Tire Service bill that was not approved for payment at the last <br />meeting. Officer Anderson was enroute to a Call when the tire went flat. <br />He drove there with it flat and then called Wright's before they closed to <br />have it fixed. Mr. Nereson indicated that he will send a letter to Mike <br />Auspos indicating that the spare tire should be used whenever possible. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Gamec to pay Check #1213 to Wright Tire Service. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />RE: Overtime hours of Tom Anderson while attending school. Result is that he <br />worked a Saturday overtime shift at straight time pay. This evened out what <br />he had gotten paid in overtime for attending school. The policy made now is <br />that school time will be straight time. <br /> <br />It was brought to the Council's attention that the cemetary was suffering <br />from lack of attention.
