Asst. Attorney O oodrich Absent: C ou~cilman Oamec ~ ayor Cox ca].~ked the meeting to order at 7:35 ! ayor Cox led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. APPROVAl, OF AG~iDA: ~.ayor Cox read the agenda. ~iOTION by ~ickelson, seconded by Reimann to approve the A~enda of Yovember 28, 1977, as read, with. the following additions: Add Item 2 under Old Business, i~obert ]]offman Sl~division Variance; un~er Reports, include park report with the street report. 4 Ayes this -t~m.e the Council and others present went over to the new cd. ty hall bui]_~d, ng to inspect the exposed duct work for discussion later in the ~eeting, CITIZEN INPUT: ~-ayor Cox called for citizen response. Regarding landfill, Kathy Schneider asked if people are ever ticketed for debris falling off tr~cks on their way to dump. }/ayor Cox said this should be called to the attention of Ramsey~s Yol~ce Department, the landfill people and the City of Anoka. She also asked if there is a sliding area for this year and. she was told yes, the ffirst approach north of the landfill entrance. She asked if the lime sludge being dumped in by the City of Minneapolis is safe and. she was told that it is.
