Roger Eackmeyer. l.:r. Nereson suggested that Clayton Berg attend_ this workshop in January, MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Eickelson to pay the $35.00 tuition costs for Clayton ~erg to attend the course on onsiEht sewage systems. 4 Ayes l,r. tlereson read a letter from Representative John Clawson regarding two issues to be talked about at the 1978 Legislature on January 17th. Jerry ?"elber~ was present asking for an extension on a permit to park hfi.s mob.~.].e home on his property while he builds his house, MOTION by Feimanm, seconded by l~!uller to grant ,Jerry l:'~elberg a permit to park his mobile home until ]J'ebruary 28, ].978~ at that time'the mobile home must be removed from the property. ~ ~~/~ ,.~ /~/~/?~ 4 ~.yes 2. ]~offman Variance. Pobert ]:offman's subdivision variance was reviewed by the Council. MOTION by Yuller, seconded by Mickelson to amend the previous motion mith- drawin~ the request for a 33 foot easement for roadway purposes on the west property line and require a 27 foot easement parallel[ to Industry Boulevard on the entire south lot line of the combined parcel and that soils and percolation tests be required on that property and that they indicate positive results. 4 Ayes NEW BUS~NESS: 1.
