They are requesting to allow registration of this parcel[ and make it eli?~ble for a boil[ding permit. ~OTION by R. ei~ann, seconded by I.'[uller to Grant the variance to the Kennedys on parcel 1800 plat 89221 and that the park fee be paid be£ore it be allowed to be recorded and that it be eligible for a building permit when all obli- gations have been met. 5 Ayes b. variance - ~ike Compton 1. r. Nereson meet with Seivert ~endrickson at the State Bull[ding Code Division to review if possible the test results, and that .~.r. Wirz enroll in related courses at I~!orth Hennepin Junior College during the winter session to aid him in his ability to pass the test. Mr. ~,!ereson explained that he was told that there is no way for hin to be able to review the test, but he bas not contacted the Department of Personnel yet to verify this. ~'"r. Nereson said that he will let the Council know when ~.'r. Wirz signs up for this course. The Report also discussed the criteria for snow removal from city streets whic?~ is as follows: two inch snow fall is minimum prior to plowing (somewhat depe~dent on other weather conditions) Use of two trucks and two graders is done only to open major arteries. 3. yollowing the opening of major arteries full time City staff does widenin~ and cleanup work during normal City shifts.
