Regular Meeting <br />January 9, 1978 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seConded by Muller to authorize final approval <br />of High Point Plat per the engineer's recommendations dated January 9, <br />1978, subject to city engineer placing restricted covenance which is that <br />such lots be brought to acceptable elevation with the approval of the <br />building official prior to building permit being issued on Block 2, <br />Lots 10 - 19 and Block 5, Lot 10. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Muller to grant variance for Zirconium <br />Street, a portion of High Point Plat, from Ordinance 77-5 Section 8.03g <br />length of cul-de'sac. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />Peterson Estates Plat (final) <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Muller to approve the final plat <br />on Peterson Estates' with the conditions of the engineer's report <br />dated January 9, 1978 and subject to the City Attorney's approval <br />of the abstract. <br /> <br />4 Ayes <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Muller to grant variance for the <br />deficient width on Lot 6, Block 1, Peterson Estates. <br /> <br />4 Ayes <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Recommendations <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Plat BartheI's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition <br /> <br />Mr. Barstow sold this property to Mr. Barthel but wants to continue <br />farming it for a time, and Mr. Barthel agrees to this. <br /> <br />Jim Nielson, the attorney for Mr. Barthel, was present and said that <br />if the bonding could be worked out, the entire area would be platted <br />as one olat and not in stages. <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson asked Mr. Barthel if he would build 164th Avenue and <br />Dysposium Street and Mr. Barthel said yes. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Muller to table preliminary plat of <br />Barthel's Rum River 2nd Addition until the next meeting, January 23, <br />1978, pending engineer's report and investigation by developers <br />of additional stre~ingress and egress. <br /> <br />4 Ayes <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson had to leave the meeting at this time. <br /> <br />City Code Adoption <br /> <br />This was tabled until a meeting on January 16, 1978 as ~ot enough <br />members of the Council were present to legally adopt it because it <br />contains zoning matters. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1978 General Licenses Approval <br /> <br /> <br />
