Regular Meeting <br />January 9, 1978 <br />page' 4~ <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Mayor Cox to issue cigarette licenses <br />at a fee of twelve dollars ($12.00) each to Tom Thumb, Bob's Super <br />Valu, Anoka International, Berg's Self Service and McGregor's. 3 Ayes <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded bv Muller to issue licenses on the <br />master control sheet 78-01 to 78-77 deleting the 78-47 Robert Wojcik <br />auto dealer license until the January 23 meeting at which time it will <br />be discussed. 3'Ayes <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson said he had gotten three water conditioning unit bids which' <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />Commers - $1,129'00 purchase.only, no lease plus owner to orovide <br /> electrical outlet. <br /> <br />Culligan - $1,420.00 purchase, includes electrical outlet; lease <br /> arrangement $34.00/month plus $425.00 installation initially. <br /> <br />Surge Water Conditioning of Anoka - $960.00 purchase plus electrical <br /> outlet provided by City; lease arrangement $29o63/month <br /> plus $220.00 installation and City providing electrical outlet. <br /> <br />It was decided to table this matter until a later time so that Councilman <br />Mickel~on could have input regarding it. <br /> <br />Klemish Addition Roads. <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson said lhat following the Decemb&r 12, 1977 meeting he <br />discussed the Klemish Addition roads with Ed Klemish, who is asking <br />for their acceptance. <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson said that checking back in the minutes, the City did accept <br />169th Lane N.W. in 1973, in its present condition and recommended to <br />the City Council that the City fill the low area. Regarding the mainten- <br />ance bond, Mr. Nereson sa£d that Mr. Klemish has agreed to leave in <br />force the performance bond which exists for Klemish Addition roads <br />in the amount of $22,000.00. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by MUller to accept the road subject to <br />the Engineer's report dated December 1, 1977, and if not done, enact <br />the bond. 3 Ayes <br /> <br />There was general discussion. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann rescinded him Motion and Councilman Muller <br />rescinded his Second. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Muller to accept the roads in the <br />Klemish Addition, Klemish-Flores Addition and Peterson Estates subject <br />to City Engineer's report dated December 1, 1977 and Engineer's estimate <br />of required maintenance bond on 169th Lane N.W. 3 Ayes <br /> <br />Menkveld Pineview Estates <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson exolained that the Planning Commission had reviewed a sketch <br /> <br /> <br />
