Consider Ordinance for Sewage Dumpimg <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson said that there are no laws, only recommendations, saying how <br />to dispose of sewage. He said a revised ordinance was prepared allowing <br />for disposal giving very specific standards for the Council's consideration. <br /> <br />It was decided to table this matter until a later meeting. <br /> <br />2. Additional licenses for approval <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to grant cigarette licenses to <br />McGrsgor's Truck Stop, st. Anthony Gun Club, and DeZiel's Supper Club, Inc. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, secemde~ by Mickelson to grant licenses 78-78 through <br />78-90 on the Master Control Sheet if the bends are received in order and <br />they have all pai~ their fees. <br /> <br />Ayes <br /> <br />4 Ayes <br /> <br />$. Highway 10 Improvement Plans <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded byMickelsen to accept Resolution 78-4 approving <br />plans and specifications for Minnesota State Project ~0202-59, Trunk <br />Nighway 10. $ Ayes <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson discussed CAB status and said that within a couple weeks he <br />will get a report to see how Ramsey is doing on those negotiations..
