Council Adopts 2016 Utility Rates <br />The City Council has adopted the 2016Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. These rates represent the fees charged <br />for city services including utility services for water, sewer, storm water management, street lighting, and recycling. The <br />following chart outlines the new 2016 utility rates in comparison with 2015 rates. These new rates went into effect <br />January 1, 2016.
