Page 4 <br />Council Meeting <br />September 1t, 1978 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Muller to <br />approve the final plat of Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 1st Addition con- <br />tingent on the following: <br /> <br />1. Appropriate park fee received by the City as determined by the <br />City Administrator Assistant. <br /> <br />2. The plat be redrawn such that the width of the future street be- <br />tween Lot 1 Block 1 of the plat and the property described by metes <br />and bounds to the east be 66' in width, instead of 60'. <br /> <br />3. That access to Lot 1 Block 1 not be directly on to Industry Blvd. <br />but rather be by private easement onto the property to the east which <br />is to be a future street. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />STUMP REMOVAL - BROOKVIEW PARK <br /> <br />Street Superintendent Mevissen presented two bids for removing tree <br />stumps in Brookview Park. They are: <br /> <br />Titterud Stump Removal <br />Woodchuck <br /> <br />$120.00 <br />$247.00 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to have <br />Street Superintendent Mevissen contact Titterud Stump Removal to remove <br />the stumps in Brookview Park at a price not to exceed $120.00. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT - GREENLAND HILLS PLAT #1 and OLD MENKVELD'S <br /> <br />PINEVIEW ESTATES UNPLATTED <br /> <br />A petition for street improvement was presented to the Council for Green- <br />land Hills Plat #1 and Menkveld's Pineview Estates Unplatted. <br /> <br />Mrs. Jane Peterka stated there were a lot of people concerned about getting <br />the blacktopping this year and then getting sewer next year. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox stated sewer is a long way off and again cautioned everyone to <br />take care of their septic systems. <br /> <br />Ms. Wendy Graves asked if 150th is going to connect County Road 83 to <br />County Road 56 and expressed concern about this becoming a possible speed- <br />way. <br /> <br /> <br />
