Thomas Morehouse has made an application for a gun permit in the City <br />of Ramsey. Due to the fact we have only a part time Chief of Police he <br />is not authorized to issue the permit. Mr. Morehouse feels he is authorized <br />and has threatened court action. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to authorize <br />City Attorney Goodrich to appear in court and take t~.e s~and of the part <br />time Chief of Police. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />1979 CIYY BUDGET <br /> <br />Mayor Arnold Cox called a meeting of the Persormel Committee and the <br />Budget Committee for September 26, 1978 at 8:30 P.M. to be open to the <br />public. <br /> <br /> <br />
