Regular Council Page 10 October 10~ 1978 9) The applicant's property located at 15328 Hematite Street N.W., is 600 x 297' in size and fronts on Hematite Street N.W. 10) Ramsey's Zoning Code Chapter 170.01 provides amongst other things for (1) non-conforming uses (170.014A) (2) minimum lot width 170.013 (1) (3) regulations in the issuance of conditional use permits (170.016) 11) Pursuant to the requirement of Chapter 170.016 the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 5, 1978 with regard to First Baptist Church's conditional use permit application which public hearing was duly advertised and proper written notice was given. 12) Ramsey's engineer has reported on the soil conditions of the site O~ich report is incorporated herein as a finding of fact. 13) That the church exists on a dirt roadway (1/2 to 3/4 mile) 14) 67% of membership is from Anoka-Ramsey area. 15) There are no other similar uses located in this R-1 area. 16) Churches do exist in the City in R-1 districts, but under dif- ferent road conditions. 17) There is land presently available in the City zoned lIMB which per- mit a church use. 18) A statement was made by Rev. Reed in 1975, May 12, that the build- lng would be temporary use only. and to adopt a resolution to deny the request for conditional use permit but that Faith Baptist Church may rebuild on site, but not add-on or re- design, and must do so withinin one year. REPLACEMENT ENGINE FOR 1967 INTERNATIONAL TRUCK It was the general concensus of the Council to approve the request of Street Superintendent Mevisson to have a new engine installed in the 1967 International Truck at Bloomquist for an amount of $1,900.00.
