CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on October 23, 1978 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd., N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor David Mickelson at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />Present: Councilman Gamec Also Present: City Administrator Schnelle <br /> Councilman Mickelson City Engineer Raatikka <br /> Councilman Reimann City Attorney Goodrich <br /> Councilman Muller <br /> <br />Acting Mayor David Mickelson led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions and deletions: <br /> <br />Amendment of land aquisition - addition <br />Council approval for City Street Department to haul dirt - addition <br />Chief of Police on Police Squad Bids Deletion <br />Report on Community School by Marc Hadley - Deletion <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Reimann, Councilman Muller, Council- <br />man Mickelson and Councilman Gamec. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />~i~PROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve the <br />Board of Adjustment minutes of October 10, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson and Council- <br />man Muller. Voting no None. Councilman ReimannAbstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the minutes of the Public Hearing on the street improvement project of <br />Greenland Hills #1 and the unplatted section i~ the SE¼ of Section 21, <br />Township 32 and Range 25, of October 10, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Mickelson and Councilman Gamec. Voting no None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve the <br />public hearing minutes on the rezoning request of Fred Armstrongof October 10, <br /> <br />Motion carried.
