Special Council <br />Page 4 <br />November 2~ 1978 <br /> <br />the agenda for Planning and Zoning had been closed on the Monday prior <br />to the next meeting but Mr. Holker could come in and be under Citizen <br />Input. <br /> <br />Mr. Holker asked for approval of a 21~ acre parcel of land on 181st Avenue <br />and County Road #64 for moving or building a home. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller to allow <br />Mr. Tom Holker to put a house on this parcel of land providing it be a <br />parcel of record, it meets the Building Official's specifications and <br />providing it have the proper and adequate septic system. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Nielson asked for clarification as to what was meant by putting <br />a house on this parcel - would it be an alternate sight to High Point <br />or what. <br /> <br />It was the Council's feelings that the City Staff should review where a <br />home is to be placed in the City and the Council should have the recommend- <br />ations of Staff in making their decision. <br /> <br />Motion withdrawn by Councilman Gamec. Second withdrawn by Councilman <br />Muller. <br /> <br />It was asked about the parcel of land on Green Valley Road. The Council <br />stated it is not a lot of record and not a buildable lot. They took no <br />action and the decision as before stands. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adjourn <br />the special meeting. <br /> <br />Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Councilman Reimann, <br />Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:02. <br /> <br /> <br />
