Voting no Councilman Mickelson, <br />Councilman Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to mvard <br />an off-sale liquor license to Mrs. Vera McGregor for the location on <br />Highway #10 providing there be separate access for the off-sale location. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Mickelson, Councilman Reimann, <br />Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no Councilman Gamec. <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson feels that the McGregor location is better. <br /> <br />METES AND BOUNDS PLAT REGARDING TOM HOLKER <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Nielson, attorney for Mr. Tom Holker, reviewed the proceedings of <br />past meetings in regards to Holker Realty in subdividing by metes and <br />bounds. <br /> <br />The strees to the area is a big question. Ingress and egress on to County <br />Road #5 and #57 is something to be question and Council wants to stay <br />away from it. Council feels there will be a problem in the future and <br />the 350' frontage on the lots is not practical. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox feels they should attend the meeting on November 20, 1978 with <br />the Metro Council. Mr. Nielson stated they should either deny or approve <br />the request. They don't want to come back for any more meetings. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich asked if the Council would allow a permit for <br />Parcel A & B for the present house that was moved in and Council feels <br />their decision on this was made at their last meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox feels they should come to the November 20, 1978 meeting and the <br />Council will make their decision at their November 27, 1978 meeting. City <br />Attorney Goodrich stated this was okay. Mr. Nielson stated it was not <br />okay with Mr. Holker or himself. <br /> <br />Councilman Gamec stated they didn't want all the access to be on County <br />Road #5 and feels the way Mr. Holker had originally proposed this would <br />be so much better. Also the access onto Sunfish Lake Blvd. should be <br />controlled. <br /> <br />Mr. Nielson asked where the City wants the road and Councilman Gamec feels <br />it is up to the developer to tell us where he wants it. <br /> <br />?.btion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to table to <br />request of TomHolker to subdivide by metes and bounds until the City <br />Engineer has had a chance to review it. <br /> <br />Councilman Muller stated they didn't want to give anyone the run around <br />that they just wanted to do the right thing. The house they had moved <br />in isn't being handled any different than a new house. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br /> <br />
