Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the minutes of the public hearing on Proposed Uses for Revenue Sharing of <br />November 13, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve the <br />minutes of the public hearing on Proposed Amendment on Accessory Buildings <br />of November 1S, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read a letter from Mr. John Boland, Metropolitan Council, in re- <br />gards to the 208 Areawide Plan/Development Guide for Water Quality Manage- <br />ment. Mayor Cox commended City Engineer Sba for the fine work he has been <br />doing in this area. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read a letter from Mr. Gregory B. Elden, North Central Public <br />Service Company in regards to an increase of natural gas rates. It was the <br />general concensus of the Council to write a letter and question the raises <br />in rates. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS - OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION BY METES AND BOUNDS REQUEST FOR; CASE OF TOM HOLKER <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read City Engineer Raatikka's letter of November 22, 1978 in regards <br />to the subdivision request of Mr. Holker. The Council had requested the <br />opinion of the City Engineer at their regular meeting of November 13, 1978. <br />Mayor Cox also read a letter from the Anoka County Engineer on the same sub- <br />ject. <br /> <br /> <br />
