PAUL BERTILS <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Bertils is requesting final plat approval of the 40 acres located north <br />of 167th Avenue N.W., west of County Road 5. The parcel is located in the <br />R-iR Rural Residential district. The plat contains 14 lots, each at least <br />2.5 acres in size. <br /> <br />Mr. Bertils will construct Garnet Street N.W. and 168th Avenue NoW. to <br />provide access to this plat.
