City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Brama stated that this would also
provide time for the developer to see how the market absorbs their properties as this would
provide the latitude to apply for an extension.
Mayor Strommen confirmed the position of the developer that he is in agreement with this as
proposed and does not see it as unreasonable.
Motion by Councilmember Williams, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to Adopt Resolution
#16-02-042 Granting Extension to Purchase Agreement and Denying Extension of Development
Agreement for Harvest Estates.
Further discussion: Councilmember Shryock asked and received confirmation that the motion
included an establishment of the $15,000 escrow.
Motion carried.
