Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />Meeting Date: 01/07/2016 <br />Submitted For: Patrick Brama, Administrative Services <br />By: Patrick Brama, Administrative Services <br />Title: <br />Review Draft EDA Workplan <br />4. 2. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: <br />Review and amend the 2016 City of Ramsey Economic Development Workplan (attached to case). <br />Background: <br />The purpose of an EDA workplan is: <br />to provide a functional plan that prioritizes the work of the City's economic development department and <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA). This plan highlights both day-to-day and long term economic <br />development priorities and goals for the City of Ramsey. The City Council's 3 -year strategic action plan <br />includes economic development initiatives; which have been reflected in this plan. <br />Attached to this case are workplans from previous years. <br />This case was reviewed by the EDA in December.
