Inquired if there <br />will be another public hearing when the ordinance is finalized. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that if there are major changes made to the <br />proposed ordinance, another hearing would be considered before making a <br />recommendation to City Council. <br /> <br />Joyce Kulla - 15408 Sunfish Lake Blvd. - Inquired if the new ordinance <br />would apply to those persons already having state licenses to keep wild <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that the ordinance states that existing owners of <br />animals addressed in the ordinance have 30 days to apply for a city <br />license; the ordinance allows for no grandfatheringo <br /> <br />ADJOUP~NMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and Seconded by Commissioner Terry to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman. Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Howell, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None.
