Mr. Art Raudio was present and reviewed his proposed subdivision. He <br />stated he wanted to establish a road alignment at this time but he was not <br />necessarily going to build on any lots he is proposing. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted that Lot 1, Block 2 and Lot 2, Block 1 could <br />access onto the outlot where the future road would be located and Lot 1, <br />Block 1 could access onto 149th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen stated that he would like to see the development <br />plan for the entire parcel before he made any determination or <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend approval of the sketch plan on the condition that access to the <br />lots is not from Cry. Rd. #56 and noted that Mr. Raudio stated he would <br />impose a unilateral moratorium on construction on the lots. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Commissioners Shumway and LaDue. Voting No: <br />Chairman Zimmerman and Commissioner Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners <br />Howell and Holm. <br /> <br />Case #9: Discussion Regarding Vacancy On The Commission: <br /> <br />The Commission requested that Mr. Michael Terry be interviewed prior to the <br />next regular meeting and that the vacancy be discussed at the next regular <br />meeting. <br /> <br />~ !~formation Items: <br /> <br />The Commission noted the information items contained in the agenda. <br /> <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the August meeting date and rescheduled the <br />regular August Planning and Zoning Commission meeting date to August 11, <br />1987 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
