parcels entirely with industrial or commercial uses. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer pointed out that the covenants cannot be any less <br />restrictive than the city's ordinances. <br /> <br />The Commission requested a determination from City Attorney Goodrich <br />regarding whether or not language is necessary in the covenants <br />guaranteeing it's enforcement. <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld also suggested that it be determined whether or not there <br />should be language added to the covenants that would require amendments to <br />it be reviewed by Planning and Zoning and City Council. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer referred to Item (M) of the covenants which addresses <br />signage and suggested that the size limits be clarified to read 18" height <br />and 72" length. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />recommend that the City Council approve Mr. Gilbert Menkveld's request for <br />preliminary development plan review for a planned unit development. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
