Commission agreed to review the proposal and covenants for further discussion <br />on January 20, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to address <br />those cases with representatives at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer and Shumway. Voting no: None. Absent: Chairman Peterson <br />and Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivision: Case.of Mr. Gerald <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer was present and explained that he is requesting a metes and <br />bounds subdivision of Lots 3 and 6, Block 10, Ford Brook Estates. Mr. Bauer <br />stated that Lots 3 and 6 are both buildable; however, Lot 3 needs additional <br />property or filling in order to provide a building site similar to others in <br />Ford Brook Estates. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to table <br />Mr. Bauer's request until January 20, 1987 to allow the Commission to review <br />Mr. Bauer' s site. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, De~er and Shumway. Voting no: None. Absent: Chairman Peterson <br />and Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case #8: Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivisions Case of Mr. Joel <br /> <br />Mr. Joel Thcmsen was present and explained that at the last Commission meeting, <br />he requested a n~tes and bounds subdivision of a 16 acre parcel into two 8 acre <br />parcels. However, since that time the buyer has indicated that he would like <br />more property. Mr. Thcmsen is now requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of <br />that parcel into one 3 acre parcel and one 13 acre parcel. Both lots will have <br />275 feet of frontage along County Road #5 and will use a common access to <br />County Road #5. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend approval of a metes and bounds subdivision of Mr. Thomsen's parcel <br />into one 3 acre parcel and one 13 acre parcel with a common access to County <br />Road #5. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer and Shum~ay. Voting no: None. Absent: Chairman Peterson <br />and Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case 99: Review of Tempo_ rary_ Structure <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed a temporary structure used for rigging a boat at 15731 <br />Yakima Street N.W.
