I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I, <br /> <br />TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Building Official <br /> <br />RE: Monthly Report <br /> <br />DATE: January 18, 1983 <br /> <br />Inasmuch as I will be attending several sessions of the Building Officials <br />annual school at the EArle Brown Center on January 19, 20 and 21, this report <br />is being prepared somewhat early. While there was virtually no permits issued <br />for new construction this month the local builders are very optimistic about <br />the future. <br /> <br />We have completed a development agreement and received most of the supporting <br />documents for Mr. Del Skeim's multiple housing project in Ramsey Commons. We <br />feel the compromise we have reached will result in a very desirable develop- <br />ment which should be an asset to the community. <br /> <br />In my annual report I failed to note that the total mileage on the Malibu for <br />the year of 1982 was 8200+ miles. I would estimate about 30% of this use <br />was for other than building functions. With the exception of routine mainte- <br />nance, there were no problems with the car which now has slightly more than <br />26,000 miles on it. <br /> <br />As noted before, building is almost nil so any permits issued, mileage and <br />inspections will be included in next months report. <br /> <br /> <br />
