Consequently, I think we have spent enough time trying to get Mr. Potter to submit a landscaping plan. I think your only alternative is to take legal action in regards to this violation. Council Action: Your action will be to review the above and give the Staff direction as to how you want us to proceed on this issue. CITY ATTORNEY'S STATUS REPORT ON LANDFILL LAWSUIT; B. LANDFILL WELL REPORTS ): The following is hereby submitted on this case: I i I City of Ramsey vs. City of Anoka Lawsuit Relating to Landfill - Enclosure (D2-d) contains the following documents which are submitted for your information only: 1) City Attorney's memo dated January 19, 1983 regarding the lawsuit. 2) Summons and complaint which the City of Ramsey has served on the City of Anoka. Council Action: No coUncil action is necessary other than to note that you received the above documents, and the Landfill Well Reports - Enclosure (D2-e) contains the well reports insp. rep I think on this issue the County should be notified by the Council that you will not tolerate any future delays in receiving well reports as has occured in this case. Council Action: Your action will be to note that you received the late well report. Further, you may desire to have a letter sent to the County stating that the City of Ramsey wants the County to get a better handle on processing the well reports to the City of Rmasey.
