'~ EXTENSION OF TIME REGARDING FILING OF ORIGINAL PLAT, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF RAMSEY COMMONS: Mr. Del Skeim, the developer of Ramsey Commons, has requested a six month extension of tim in filing the Ramsey Commons plat. The reason for the delay is because of the problem of bringing the abstract up-to-date. The Council has granted similar delays to other developers who have had like .problems in the past. Enclosure (D2-f) contains an excerpt from the City Code. which requires an extension be granted if the plat is not filed within 120 days from the date of acceptance. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. Del Skeim's above stated request. Voting no /~'~.~{~] '~ .9. PER DIEM ALLOWANCE FOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS: This per diem issue came up at the November 23, 1982 Council meeting and was referred to the Council Personnel Committee. They have discussed the issue at two different meetings (December 13, 1982 and January 11, 1983) and then it was referred back to the Council meeting of January 11, 1983 for action. Council again tabled this issue until the January 25, 1983 meeting. The following documents are submitted for your information as enclosure (D2-g): a) Excerpt of Council Personnel Committee minutes dated December 13, 1982. b) Enclosure (B-2) of this agenda contains the Council Personnel Committee minutes of January 11, 1983. c) Enclosure (A-l) of this agenda contains the Council minutes for January 11, 1983 which referred the above issue to this meeting. d) Proposed resolution which will establish a policy for per diem payments:. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the propose!d resolution contained in the above enclosure. The purpose of this resolution will be to establish a policy for the payment of per diem to persons who Council appoints to a County, Metro or State advisory commission/committe·e.
