GOODRICH, CiTY A'FI-ORNEY <br /> <br />In response to your request, I have reviewed the City's Scenic Rivers Ordinance, <br />Ordinance No. 81-4, and it is my opinion that Mr. Potter is in violation of the <br />following sections: <br /> <br />170.0710.1 <br />170.0710.12 <br />170.0710.13 <br />170.0710.21 <br />170.0710.22 <br /> <br />Vegetative Cutting <br />General provisions relating to set back areas <br />Clear Cutting <br />Grading and Filling <br />Excavation of Material <br /> <br />If Mr. Potter does not cooperate with the City in resolving the above problems, <br />I recommend that the City enforce compliance either through a misdemeanor <br />criminal action or seek an injunction from the District Court directing <br />compliance. <br /> <br />wkg/c mh <br /> <br /> <br />
