I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I The North one-half (N 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, [hereinafter referred to as the "South 80 acres of the subject property"]; (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the subject property"). 4. The City of Anoka operates, by lease to a landfill operator, to-wit: Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, a landfill on the subject property, which landfill is located on approximately the North 80 acres of the subject property. 5. On October 25, 1976, by resolution of the City Commission, the City of Anoka authorized the conveyance of the subject property to the City of Ramsey. A true and correct copy of the minutes of the meeting of the City Commission of Anoka of October 25, 1976 are attached hereto as Exhibit A. 6. On October 26, 1976, by resolution of the City Council, the City of Ramsey authorized the acceptance of the conveyance of the subject property from the City of Anoka to the City of Ramsey. A true and correct copy of the minutes of the meeting of the City Council of October 26, 1976 are attached hereto as Exhibit B. 7. The contract for the conveyance of the subject.property, dated October 26, 1976, was authorized, executed and entered into by the parties. A true and correct copy of the contract between the parties is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
