The contract obligates the City of Anoka to convey fee <br />title in the subject property to the City of Ramsey no later than <br />December 1, 1981. <br /> <br /> 9. The City of Ramsey has made demand upon the City of <br />Anoka to Convey the subject property. <br /> <br /> 10. The City of Anoka has not conveyed the subject property <br />to the City of Ramsey. By letter dated November 26, 1980 from <br />Richard Bloomquist, Mayor of the City of Anoka, to Thomas Gamec, <br />Mayor of the City of Ramsey, a true and correct copy of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit D, the City of Anoka has indicated <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />that it is not required to convey the subject property to the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 11. The City of Anoka is obligated to convey the subject <br />property to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 12. The'City of Ramsey is entitled to the conveyance of the <br />subject property pursuant to the contract described in paragraph <br />7 above. <br /> <br /> 13. The City of Anoka continues to the date of this <br />Complaint to operate the landfill on the subject property and has <br />secured rents and profits therefrom to which the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />is lawfully entitled. <br /> <br /> 14. Plaintiff City of Ramsey cannot be restored to the <br /> <br />situation in which it was before the contract referred to in <br />paragraph 7 above was made and entered into, nor can Plaintiff <br />City of Ramsey be adequately compensated for breach of said <br />contract by money damages alone. <br /> <br /> <br />
