For its Order for Judgment in an amount equal to all <br />lease payments made to the City of Anoka by the landfill operator <br />for the period after December 1, 1981; and <br /> <br /> 3. The costs and disbursements of the citY of Ramsey <br />herein; and <br /> <br />4.
