'1 <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> <br />AG REEt~NT <br /> <br /> Agreement made this__2_5_t__h_day of October, 1976, between the C~ty of <br /> Ramsey (hereinafter "R."msey") and the City of Anoka (hereinafter "Anoka") <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH TIUkT: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka is the fee title owner of the following described <br /> <br /> real property located in P, amsey: <br /> <br /> ~Parcel 1: <br /> The South one half (S 1/2) of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) <br /> ' of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, in the Township. of Ramsey, <br /> County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Parcel 2: <br /> <br /> The North one half (N 1/2) of the Northeast one quarter (NE .1/4) <br /> of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, in the Township of Ramsey, <br /> County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, Anoka has entered into a lease agreement with Waste <br /> <br />Management of Minnesota, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (hereinafter <br />the term of said lease agreement being for a period of five years, commencing <br />November 1, 1976, and terminating October 31, 1981. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the ?~urpose of said lease is to pe~vnit ~I to operate <br /> <br />a landfill operation on the above described premises, and <br /> <br /> WI~REAS, Ramsey has entered into an agreement with I~I dated October <br />1976, the purpose of which agreement is to provide controls to Ramsey while <br />the landfill is in operation within its corporate limits and further <br />provide revenue to Ramsey for expenses incurred as a result of the landfill <br />being located in Ramsey and further to provide revenues to Ramsey for the <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />eventual transformation of the landfill site into a useful productive site <br />as a p~,blic recreational area, and <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT C-1 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
