7' Ail cancelled calls, where the equipment leaves the station, will be <br /> <br />i~illed on the basis of actual expense to Anoka, not to exceed One Hundred Fifty <br /> <br /> ~nd nO/lO0 ($150,00). <br /> <br /> 8.
