We don't feel this should pose a <br />problem because if the weather is nice, the cars will in all likelihood be <br />washed outside. If the weather is bad, we don't feel they'll wash that many <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the request. <br />The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove <br />of the Lion's Club's request to use the City Hall fire barn for a car <br />wash on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. -~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />R__EQUEST TO SPLIT LOTS IN OAKRIDGE ESTATES; CASE OF MR. JOE SENTYRZ: <br /> <br />~Mr. Joseph Senty.rz of Oakridge Construction has requested he be allowed to <br />split 18 of the lots in Oakridge Estates. This matter was considered by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting of February 1, 1983. <br />Their action was to recommend denying the request based on the findings of <br />fact included as a part of their minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />
