Del Skeim of Scandinavian Construction has requested authorization to -': I address the City Council on the possibility of reducing ~e dwelling size requirements for three of more f~ily structures. Accordingly, the Building Official's memo dated February 14, 1983 which is included as enclosure (D3-C.) addresses this issue as well as some other flaws in the Ordinance. ~e correc- tion of the ordinance can ~ made with recodification.
