The following proposed motion <br /> is hereby submitted for your consideration if you approve of the Personnel <br /> Committee's recommendation: <br /> <br /> Motion by and seconded by to approve of advertising <br /> for person~the following positions: <br /> <br /> a) Light Equipment Operator <br /> b) Accounting Data Processing Clerk I <br /> <br /> It is directed that these positions be advertised in the official news- <br /> paper, the Anoka County Union. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting no . <br /> <br /> CASE #6: ANOKA COUNTY WETLANDS: <br /> ~ ~Enclosure (D3-d) contains a letter dated January 28, 1983 with their adopted <br />~ .Y resolution regarding the rights of people whose land contains wetlands. It <br />o.~,~F ~ppears that the County wants us to support them and our citizens on this <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to note that you are aware of the County's <br /> ~f you desire further action, you should initiate it by resolution. <br /> <br />CASE #7: AD HOC COMMITTEE <br /> REGARDING <br /> COMPUTER: <br /> <br /> It is requested that the Council approve of the appOinting of an Ad Hoc <br /> Committee to study the needs of an integrated management system which would <br /> encompass all aspects of City functions. We would like Council to appoint <br /> the following City Staff persons to this Ad Hoc Committee: <br /> ~Ll°yd G' Schnelle' city Administrat°r <br /> .j~ Mike Auspos, Chief of Police <br /> h~Clayton Berg, Building Official <br />~l- Merle Mevissen, Public Works Superintendent <br />~ ~1 Sheila Beyer, Deputy Clerk <br />- 1~ Jeanne Moen, City Accountant <br /> <br /> We have already been doing work on this special project as I have mentioned <br /> in my Staff report. I do think now we need Council to appoint the above persons <br /> to this committee.
