Voss~ <br />DATE: February 8, 1983 <br /> <br />Enclosed find my analysis and resoonse to the Comments <br />by City Election Officials. ~ <br /> <br />First you will find a summary of facts from the data <br />available from the County Auditor's Office. I've addressed <br />the specific concerns from the City Clerks fact page. <br /> <br />I took data from the 1982 and 1980 judges verified accounts, <br />which the judges fill out, to give a comparable view of the <br />time spent at the County offices in the 1982 election with <br />the 1980 election. Ail that information is listed under #1. <br /> <br />Comments responding to points 2-10 (from clerk's memo) follow. <br />I've also included a memo from Jim Stanton, systems analyst <br />from data processing department here at the County.
