The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by seconded by to direct that the proposed utility assessment ordinance and any pro- posed amendment to it be placed on the Council agenda of April 26, 1983 under Council Old Business for Council action (for adoption/disapproving of adoption). Voting yes . .Voting no CASE #2: Authorize City Engineer to do a Topo of propo~sed Central Park: The Park and Recreation Commission at their meeting of March 24, 1983 requested that the Council authorize the City Engineer to do a topo of the proposed Central Park as they want to get started on this project. Pete Raatikka, City Engineer, will have a cost estimate available for Council at the meeting tonight. Council Action: Your action will be to apprOve/disapprove the above request.
