If we are going to accomplish this project, we should get moving on it at this meeting. The following is a list of streets we are submitting to you for sealcoating in 1983: 1983 Projects Cost 1) Whispering Pines Plat #4 $3,000.00 2) Klemish Additions $9,000.00 3) Forest Hideaway $6,200.00 4) Woodlawn Estates $9,000.00 5) Autumn Heights $10,500.O0 6) Whispering Pines $20,500.00 7) Greenland Hills Plat #2 $4,500.00 8) Menkvelds Country Park $6,600.00 x~9) Menkvelds Unplatted $14,500.00 10) Rum Acres Estates $6,500.00 11) 161st & Llama Street $6,800.00 Council Action: Your action will be to adopt Resolution Ordering Preparation of Report on Sealcoating of Streets. The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by i ~f./~~nd seconded by ~ to adopt Resolution #83- Resolution Ordering Preparati6n of Report on Sealcoating projects for 1983 (There will be a resolution for each project). Please refer to Resolution file for Resolution #83-__. Motion carried. Voting yes . Voting no Amending of Resolutions #82-172 and #82-173 Transferring of Funds; request for: The following resolutions will have to be amended as follows: a) Amending resolution #82-173: Subparagraph #5 shows $11,575.00 to be transferred from General Fund #101 to Administrative Trust Fund #808 as provided in 1982 in the City Budget. Amending subparagraph ~5 to read $11,575 to be transferred from Administrative Trust Fund #808 to General Fund as provided for in 1.982 City Budget'. Council Action: Your action will be to adopt resolution amending Resolution #82-172.
