,I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's Code 10.097 states the amount of <br />days a City employee may accrue as vacation time; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, State of Minnesota has informed the City Council that due to work- <br />load certain'City employees are losing vacation time and therefore is re- <br />questing that the City allow these employees to accrue additional time above' <br />and beyond what is provided for in the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) To authorize City Staff to exceed the ordinance in the accrual <br />of vacation time under the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The workload of any employee prior to getting into this <br />situation will be reviewed by the City Administrator and <br />he will make the determination as to whether this employee's <br />workload warrants his not being able to utilize his vacation <br />time. <br /> <br />b) That he has utilized his compensatory time. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />That each calendar year at the organization meeting he <br />will give a report to the City Council on situations re- <br />garding additional accrual of vacation time. <br /> <br /> <br />
