I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State <br />of Minnesota discussed publishing a newsletter for the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the newsletter "Ramsey Resident" First Edition was <br />published on January 24, 1983; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the newsletter "Ramsey Resident" is the City's news- <br />letter but Council failed to approve of it by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) -The newsletter that is known as the "Ramsey Resident" is <br />the City of Ramsey's ~f=.'-~-~ ~,~l~=~v~ as of January 24, 1983. <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br /> <br />
