The article appears in volume one, number three on page thirteen and is entitled "AN END TO THE RUMORS." The article was written by Councilwoman Sue VanWagner. I am writing to you now to demand that the City of Ramsey and Councilwoman Sue VanWagner retract the following defamatory statements appearing in said article and that said retraction occur in the next issue of the Ramsey Resident pursuant to M.S.A Section 548.06: 1. Retract the inference in paragraph one that Mrs. Gallagher is spreading fallacies through the city. 2. Retract the inference from paragraph one that Mrs. Gallagher's opposition to sewer and water is based upon the fact that she is looking for a cause to rally behind. I I I I I I 3. Retract the inference from paragraph two that Mrs. Gallagher has twisted statements, made riduculous accusations and quoted out of context. 4. Retract the inference from paragraph three that Mrs. Gallagher has told senior citizens that they will be thrown out into the street. 5. Retract the inference from paragraph three that Mrs. Gallagher gets a charge out of threatening senior citizens. 6. Retract the inference from paragraph three that Mrs. Gallagher did anything that was sickening. 7. Retract the inference from paragraph four that Mrs. Gallagher has shown a disregard for Mr. Muller's reputation.
