In or,er to ascertain the procedure for <br />presenting argu~_nt to the Board prior to its final decision~ interested in- <br />dividuals should contact Sharon Decker at 536-0816. <br /> <br /> STATfMENT OF ISSUE <br /> <br /> What information should be considered by the Board in determining whether <br />an ~ree in the City of l~amsey which is proposed by the Board Staff as a pre- <br />ferred area for a commercial hazardous waste chemical processinc3 facility, an <br />incineration facility, and a transfer and storage facility~ should be included <br />in the WMB's final ~nventory of preferred areasl pursuant to Minn. Stat. <br />§ 115A. 09 (1982)? <br /> Based upon all of the proceedings herein, the Hearirg Examiner makes the <br />followlng~ <br /> <br /> FINDINGS OF F~CT <br /> <br />~he Preferred Area Inventory Process, Prehearing Procedures and N~ttce of the <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the Waste ~4anagement A~t, Minn. Stat. Ch. llSA (1982), the <br />~]MB is required to prepare an. ~nventory of "preferred areas" of up to 10 <br />square miles each for commercial hazardous waste processing facilities. -The <br />final invantory must includ~ at isast three at.aa for each of t. he following <br /> <br /> <br />
